The hotel will extend the same rates for a period of one (1) day before and one (1) day after the conference based upon availability. Early arrivals and late departures other than contracted room commitment will be confirmed at time of request. This rate will be subject to a 13% occupancy tax. Tax rate is subject to change without notice.
